Thanks so much. Love reading transcripts! Two things I hope I can help with:
Bard mentions one of the weapons is made from a "crowbell" (as you have it). I heard "crowbill" but, of course, I could be wrong. In any case, I looked both words up in 2 different dictionaries (Webster's and the OED) and neither are in there. It COULD be a made-up word but it sounds plausibly from our world. Does someone with a different dictionary have a definition (for either word)? Or someone with experience in smithing who can attest that this is a real tool?
Smaug talking about "a pack of [blank] dwarves" I heard him say "canting". OED (again!) was useless here. Webster's defines it as "affectedly pious, righteous" Sounds credible to me.

A crowbill is indeed a type of weapon - if you do a Google image search you can see plenty of examples. The name is an Anglicized version of the original medieval weapon which was called a "bec de corbin" - literally "beak of a crow". It's easy to see how it got from there to "crowbill". It's a sort of warhammer, with a hammer head and spike mounted at the end of a pole.
"Canting" comes from the latin word for "song" - the same root as for "Cantor" (a religious official who is a song or chant leader), hence the pious or affected inference. But there's more...the 1828 version of Webster includes these definitions for canting as well:
3. The whining speech of beggars, as in asking alms and making complaints of their distresses.
6. Whining pretension to goodness
So Smaug is basically calling them a pack of whiny self-righteous beggars.

"child" (of any age), O.E. bearn "child, son, descendant," probably related to beran ("bear (v.), carry, give birth;" see bear (v.)). Not chiefly Scottish.

I see that you, too, have not been able to confirm what Thorin says (presumably in Khuzdul), just before the mold is removed from the gold statue. We probably will have to wait for the DVD/BluRay/digital release, if even then.
