Exodus took over two weeks... others only 2-3 days. That is at least what I witnessed over the last months.

The first trailer for AUJ and DoS were both "teasers" as well. And they were both over 2 minutes. I'm excited though. Maybe this means it will legitimately be a teaser and not show too much.

Trailer was rated on 6/6/13. It was announced by PJ on 6/9/13, with a teaser poster. The trailer was then released on 6/11/13.
Going by that, it's possible the trailer could be announced by PJ on Monday, and released on Wednesday. But that's just a guess. It could be a couple weeks away still. Which is sad to think about.

And to those saying it's "too short", just be happy we're finally getting something. If it were 2m30sec, some would complain too much was shown. I think 1min48sec is perfect for a "teaser" trailer. Sure, AUJ and DOS had longer teasers, but again, they HAD to show more, as they had more plotpoints to hint at than BOTFA, which really is Lake-town, Dol Guldur, and BOFA. So to give us a "tease" of those main events, just under 2 minutes will work perfectly fine. Would some rather wait till Oct. to get anything? Sure, I'd love a 2:30 trailer, but we're FINALLY getting a teaser, so any time frame it has works for me!

At 1 minute 48 seconds, it is exactly 1% of a three hour film. That's pretty generous for a teaser trailer. But I'm sure most of it will be about the Gandalf/Galadriel romance.

I mean in the sense of the French DOS posters, just some ominous shots like:
or an arrow flying through the air, shots of Dol Guldur and Smaug. E.g. really a teaser. Being an Heir of Durin fan, I'm more blasé and/or nervous about a trailer than anything, but I am curious re the feelings of people excited for the movie as a whole.
PS. I've posted this before, but they might as well just retitle this poster for BOFA - can't believe this DOS poster had Thorin in what I assume are BOFA clothes!
