Great to see Moscow again, but what a difference! I'm English but lived and worked for three years in Moscow during the late 60s (Nixon/Brezhnev). The billboards were more likely to be like this:

how the flims are marketed in different countries. Do the studios feel a need to really help drive ticket sales in some countries vs others? Is Russia a bit of a hard sale?

I loved looking at those old 'billboards'. In fact, I much prefer their artwork to the modern movie posters.

of my closest Denny's Resturant.
She said the Hobbit product
tie-in would last about 3 months.
So, in January, after the New years,
gunna go back & give her my phone number?
So, when they trash the signs
they have in their front windows
she could call me &
Allow me to pick one up!
Cool thing about them?
You see the graphic from the outside
but from the inside you can see through
them?
Don't know, HOW they made them,
BUT it Could be cool on a
Window in your house.
Just the Logo,
cut from the larger signage.

I remember asking for a certain standee from a favorite film years ago and got three of them from several movie theaters when it came time for the film to pulled.
Politely ask and you might walk away with something.
I hope you get some of the Denny's product.
