Being "Fresh" and "Certified Fresh". AUJ is Fresh at 65%, but it doesn't get the little stamp that says "Certified Fresh".

It was really quite fun watching the numbers on RT this past week. It kept going up and down, and was at 71% the day before release day. At that point, I thought it would probably fall into the 60s. But it's very gratifying seeing that it's stabilized around 75%, a full 10% higher than AUJ last year. Despite the inevitable rotten reviews, it seems DOS just can't be kept down. It's a fun movie, and people are enjoying it. Hoping for $1 Billion at the box office.
Off to see it now, for my 2nd viewing!

6.9, apart from being funny, is about average. It's higher than AUJ, anyway. But none of these number really mean anything, anyway. Just interesting to note.

King Kong has 84% critic score and 7,7/10 average rating... and 49% audience rating with an average of 2.8/5. I'd rather have the audience score on the good side, and 75% critic score isn't that bad.
DOS has 4,2/5, AUJ has 4,1/5...which is good!

And most movies that have good percentages--70-80%--have around the 6.0-ish average rating. So considering that DOS is practically 7.0, that's actually pretty impressive.

It needs to have an initial rating of at least 75% based on at least 40 reviews, and that rating has to stay at 70% or more. Also that initial rating has to include ratings by a certain number of "Top Critics".
