Middlebie... Or TorNado... As we're all that... No more oldbie, no more newbie... Although how would we know who's in charge then?
"Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both." Benjamin Franklin The world is a tragedy to those who feel, but a comedy to those who think. Horace Walpole (1717 - 1797)

"Oldtimer" is a First Ager. Everyone else is an "oldbie" as soon as they lay off being a "newbie," which doesn't take very long.

We are all 'oldbies' unless of course you are a very new 'newbie.' However, if there is an 'R' in the month, with the full moon in Cancer for the Vernal Equinox, then everyone is a 'Tornado'. (Not to be confused with any Tornado currently active in your area.) But, if you live north of the 49th Parallel or are a vistitor from the Bermuda Triangle or the Twilight Zone, you will forfeit all such names, titles, or honarary Nom des Plumes that may (or maynot) have been conferred upon you. Moreover, on the second and third Saturday of of every month *with* a 'Y' or 'R' in it, we will all revert back to Tornsibs, unless of course, you are living in a cave in the Himalayas without internet acess. In which case (and only in this case) you will be designated 'HOMEie' (Himalaya Offline Member Extrodinaire). And finally, everyone knows who is charge

Between board inception and FotR Premiere: First Age From FotR to TTT Premiere: Second Age From TTT to RotK Premiere: Third Age After RotK Premiere: Fourth Age I would assume that, once/if The Hobbit starts filming, that will be the inception of the Fifth Age, with the Sixth coming at the Premiere. Although I suppose a valid argument could be made for starting the Fifth Age now, with the inception of the New Boards.

"I haven't any right to criticise books, and I don't do it except when I hate them. I often want to criticise Jane Austen, but her books madden me so that I can't conceal my frenzy from the reader; and therefore I have to stop every time I begin. Everytime I read 'Pride and Prejudice' I want to dig her up and beat her over the skull with her own shin-bone." - Mark Twain
