I expected a lot of the interview focus would be LE, EL, and BC because they are new and there is such high expectation around their performances.

There seems to be quite some buzz rising around her character and performance, reading through the Twitter reactions and minor reviews.

One thing I've noticed, however, in the last week or so...where is Lee Pace? He seems to be getting no attention whatsoever. It could be a simple case of him not liking public appearances etc., but its strange given how much hype is being generated over the other new characters/actors.
Even the smallest person can change the course of the future.

Name of the new TV serie is HALT & CATCH FIRE. I feel like seeing more Lee/Thranduil promotion too, but well now Tauriel become the most important elf in The Hobbit somehow.

I can excuse him for not being at the premier. But I'm still not happy about it. I mean, seriously, he needs to get his priorities straight!...I'm joking of course. Hopefully he'll be less busy when TABA rolls around.
I think the lack of Thranduil's presence in the promotional material may have something to do with WB not wanting to spoil his storyline. I do not think it has any reflection on the importance of his role in the movie. In fact I think he'll be way more prominent and his storyline more crucial to the whole story than many people seem to think.
Still, it would be nice if we could get a video interview.
