Since they are not too broad I thought I might just post them directly in the post... hope that is okay. Is there the possibility for spoiler tags in this board? Source: http://www.jposters.com.ar/search/?q=hobbit

Dol Gurdur looks fantastic. I also like the Bilbo, Thorin and Bard posters. It would have been nice to have a poster showing Thranduil on his own in his halls – could have been impressive. A bit odd, perhaps, that they are all shown with weapons drawn? Thanks very much for posting these.

... they want to show that it is all more grim and dangerous this time around. You are right about Dol Guldur... the last trailer already looked impressive. May repeat my views on Minas Tirith... in FotR I was first "meh" because it looked weird to me in the short glimpse, but when it was revealed in full... OMG ;)

they dont show the Dol Guldur part to foolish with to much wizardry and nonesense comments by Radagast i´m going to think that this will be the highlight of the Desolation of Smaug...there is huge potential in it.

... Seeing how in different languages the title really has a nice flow, I am annoyed more and more that they decided to go with "Smaugs Einöde" in German instead of "Die Einöde Smaugs", which flows much better imho.

... but so are the dangers. ALl we heard so far sounds very promising... but it could potentially all be very confusing as well, with the Orcs, the Necro, the Nazgul, The Dwarven Ring, the flashbacks of Gandalf, the flashbacks with Thrain etc. They pulled it off in RotK and especially TTT to bring those complicated storylines together... so I hope they managed again.

thats definitely an issue. Many, many enemies in, as the audience might remember, "abandoned" fortress. I´m just courious how they will show Radagasts involvement there... Thats why i think it was a good idea to put the High Fells into DoS, cause to me it appears this is the best setup for the Dol Guldur plot. Instead of starting directly with Gandalf and Radagast appearing at the fortress suddenly in DoS,the audience now will be totally involved what it is all about.

Will be interesting to see whether that will be a flashback (I hope) or not... if not, Gandalf and Radagast would travel rather far in a very short time.

I remember the shot from the last Vlog ("if what you say is true, the world is in graaaave danger") and the scene from the sneak peek back in march. all that footage didnt appear as a flashback to me...and you know PJ isnt that much into geographics and distances ;) so i still believe they will discover the tombs after they separated from the dwarves leaving to Mirkwood.

Gandalf has to fight his way out of this one, and it has to be done in a way that leaves no doubt that anyone but a Wizard would have died here. That neither Thorin, Aragorn nor even Legolas would have ever made it out, and that will require magic. they dont show the Dol Guldur part to foolish with to much wizardry and nonesense comments by Radagast i´m going to think that this will be the highlight of the Desolation of Smaug...there is huge potential in it. Love the Gandalf/DG poster, and it's nice to see the Heirs of Durin trio featured! But yet again Thranduil is relegated behind his son!!

I have no concerns that the way Gandalf will handle it (or how PJ will handle it with him) is going to be great ! My fears are concerning Radagast...i just hope and pray that there will be no slapstick kind of humor while they discover Dol Guldur. Cause it will ruin the tension... i´m still annoyed how they show him at the High Fells.

...doesn't stop it being a shame, though. At least it looks as though Pace will have more presence than Bloom... It's a reasonable marketing decision. I would have done the same thing. Plus, it seems likely that Legolas may actually feature more than Thranduil does.

is SO AWESOME! Gandalf visiting Dol Guldur will the number 1 thing in the entire movie.
But i really wanna see that, i wanna see that scene where we see Sauron walking the steps INSIDE of Bara-Dûr and taking his seat upon his dark throne and summoning the eye, looking into the camera and then BAM! THE END. -My thoughts on the best ending scene/post credit scene on TABA.

"At least it looks as though Pace will have more presence than Bloom..." For me Thranduil's appearance and evident character is so striking it's one of those can't-wait-for characters in the film - very much anticipating the Thorin-Thranduil "remeeting". From the EE looks like Thorin didn't know Thror was going to pull the gems away, but then feels the elves refused any aid over the years, so curious how the script will be in this re-meeting scene. Just the first shots of Thranduil on his throne *shivers with anticiPation* think Pace is going to eat up the screen. Still think they are downplaying Beorn, spiders, dragon, Thranduil in the PR as all those "elements" are anticipated by fans and they don't want to spoil EVERYTHING especially for the "general" audience who isn't online and tracking The Hobbit. Been hoping there'd be posters made from the banner (and that I'd be able to snag the Thorin one at least.....). So this link was much appreciated. Wonder if this will be it re movie poster development or WB will put out a different series as the film gets closer - perhaps, then, we'd get a great NEW Thranduil poster image.

These are sooo gorgeous. My only nitpick is that I wish Thranduil was in the center since he's the king. It's a small thing, and overall I LOVE these.

They look fantastic. Don't know which one I like more. Bilbo first, probably, since he's my absolute favorite in the trilogy. The elves look badass, as usual. Bard is a character I'm constantly waiting to see in action. Thorin's just automatically a boss no matter what. And Gandalf is of course Gandalf. But it looks like the "Palantir" is back in the poster, after the Palantir in the banner was removed (if it's a Palantir at all).
