The LOTR-Related Anagrams
|
Can't Post
|
|
I made these anagrams by making as many words as possible from the name J.R.R. Tolkien and the title The Lord of the Rings. Begin making sentences or verses from these words and, the theory is, you will gain insight on the person or entity. You can freely use an "s" to make a word plural but not to complete a word. Also, it helps to know something of the person or entity so that you know how to string the words together. Just for fun, but it is really good brain exercise as well. J.R.R. Tolkien Tolkien jots lore. Tolkien jots jolts, no joke! Tolkien lit lore. No tire lore, lore not rot eons. Tolkien likes Ents. Ent ire rents. The Lord of the Rings The Lord of the Rings gifts the Rings. The Lord of the Rings lied, rings rotted nets. The Lord of the Rings holds the One Ring. Thror sits on the throne, he dotes on Thorin, Dis. Thror gets Ring, but not the One Ring. Thror likes ore, ore rots Thror, he is in rotted net. Thror's son lost the Ring. Thorin no throne, no ring, Thorin is riled, red. Ents riled, red. Ents do not heed the rotted net. The One Ring is in the Shire. Frodo gets the One Ring. Frodo gets the One Ring on his finger, he is in the rotted net. Frodo is sore, tired. He gets the One Ring to the fire. Frodo lingers long, gets the Ring on his finger, is Lord of the rotted net. Rotted thing gets the Ring, gets the One Ring into the fire. The rotted net is rented, torn. The Lord of the Rings lingers not, is lost. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Shore's songs in The Lord of the Rings. He is gifted, his songs gifts to The Lord of the Rings.

****************************************** I met a Balrog on the stair. He had some wings that weren't there. They weren't there again today. I wish he would just fly away.

Disclaimers: The words of noWizardme may stand on their heads! I'm often wrong about things, and its fun to be taught more.... "nowimė I am in the West, Furincurunir to the Dwarves (or at least, to their best friend) and by other names in other lands. Mostly they just say 'Oh no it's him - look busy!' " Or "Hold off! unhand me, grey-beard loon!"

it flows better and I made one omission which probably would have haunted me for the rest of my life: The Lord of the Rings The Lord of the Rings gifts the rings. The Lord of the Rings lied, rings Rotted Net. The Lord of the Rings holds the One Ring. Thror sits on throne, he dotes on Throin, Frerin, Dis. Thror gets ring, but not the One Ring. Thror likes ore, ore rots Thror, Thror is in Rotted Net. Thror's son lost the Ring. Thorin no throne, no Ring, is riled, red. The Ents riled, rent rot. Ents do not heed the Rotted Net. The One Ring is in the Shire. Frodo gets the One Ring. Frodo gets the One Ring on, is in the Rotted Net. Frodo is sore, tired, he gets the One Ring to the fire. Frodo lingers long, gets the One Ring on, is Lord of the Rotted Net. Rotted thing gets the Ring, gets the One Ring into the Fire. The Rotted Net is rented, torn. The Lord of the Rings lingers not, is rot. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Shore's songs in the Lord of the Rings. He is gifted, his songs gifts to The Lord of the Rings. I am just going to group everything here, and add on as I get more. J.R.R. Tolkien Tolkien jots lore. Tolkien lit lore. Tolkien jots jolts, no joke. No tire lore, lore not rot eons. Tolkien likes Ents. Ent ire rents. Thorin, Son of Thrain Thror is sire. Thrain his son. A hint of tainted rot. Thorin is Thrain's son. Thorin is no oaf, is not soft. He is not faint in his h[e]art. Thorin rants, is hot. His iron fist hits Host of Rot. Host of Rot torn, Host of Rot rots. Erebor Erebor bore ore, orb. Orcrist Orcrist rots orcs.

Gandalf the Grey Gandalf, a great Angel, heals hearts and alters fates. Gandalf enters Age Three Arda, greatly aged, but hale. Age Three Arda deals greed, fear and Fey Death. Gandalf darts here and there, near and far, and deals tales [of] danger and Fey Death. The Elfs greet Gandalf and heed Gandalf's tales. The Elfs yearn Fey Death's defeat. A great Elf grants Gandalf Narya the Red. Narya grants Gandalf great feats. Fey Death feels danger and fear. Gandalf feels the Great Eye, Fey Death near. Gandalf gathers great Ardan hearts, Half Lads gather Ents and get near the Great Eye. They defeat Fey Death. Gandalf and Great Hearts free Arda. Glamdring Glamdring rings, a grand grail. Glamdring aids mind and arm to damn grim liars. Glamdring rings in liar's lairs. Olorin Olorin roils. Dis Dis is Id.

Galadriel, and my apologies for negative, obnoxious behavior!

I have many great words, but almost no connecting words (the, and, to, etc.), and nothing seems to be coming together. I know there is something in there, will post again soon. I have been an obnoxious, negative jerk, both in my posts and at Barliman's. I offer very sincere apologies to anyone who may read this. Reading Bomby's post about PJ this morning hit me in the head like a sack of potatoes. He is a very positive person, and surrounds himself with only the most positive people, and this is why he is able to do what he does! I especially offer an apology to Puma. I was trying to communicate with her for a while about some questions I had and it just did not work out, I was on library computers and kept getting kicked off in the middle of conversations, etc. I just did not try hard enough. Then decided to go to the message boards with my questions, and this, of course, was a total disaster! No more posts for me until I am communicating in gentle, encouraging and positive ways. Puma, of all of the thousands of people who come through this website weekly, I hope you read this. I have been to Barliman's a few times wanting to send a pm to you apologizing for my negative behavior, but it causes such a ruckus. I have more questions and would like to communicate at Barliman's again, in a positive, non-controversial manner, but am nervous about it, so will keep a low profile and use this site as an extraordinary learning resource. Again, if anyone should read this, I apologize for my negativity!
