Looks like we see a bit of Smaug, if of course this is not a hoax,
which is of course very likely given its IMDB.

IMDB is certainly not a reputable source, but a shot like that would certainly be the kind of thing that you would think would end a trailer for a movie like the Hobbit. In fact, the first Hobbit trailer had a very similar scene with Gollum above Bilbo to close it out.
It sounds as if it could be true, but i'm not holding my breath.

I'd be genuinely surprised if they began the trailer with Elves (indeed, I was hoping we wouldn't see that much of Tauriel in this trailer). You'd think it would begin with Bilbo, Gandalf and the Dwarves.

Though looking through his post history he posted early trailer descriptions of Star Trek Into Darkness and Man of Steel, so he could very well be legit.

The guy's done this before and he's given fairly specific details; none of which are the sort of thing that anyone could guess. I'd bet money he's telling the truth.

ive opened this thread with half closed eyes..
and the few words ive read are, tauriel and smaug kills thorin lol
i have horrible visions of smaug at the battle of five armies, it makes more filmic sense to keep him alive untill the big ending.. im worried :(

I didn't read the description (because if it's true, I don't want to know all about the trailer beforehand), but I do imagine we'll see lots of Mirkwood footage, including Tauriel and Legolas. I think this is likely because most of it was probably meant for AUJ originally, so it's probably the section of the film that is closest to completion.
