Can't, of course, as it's too far, but if I DID I'd be interested in swimming, horse riding, trying to see if there are cool bars in Wellington and possibly taking pictures of myself and my girlfriend in cosplay on location. But I'd combine it with a round-trip to Tokyo, too. As I guess I'd only be on that side of the world once in my life...

I studied abroad in Wellington in 2008 and it was kind of at the peak lull in Middle-Earth fandom so to speak. I got to visit a handful of locations, but everything was calm. It's a beautiful country and I hope to return there again (probably after all the hobbit hoola has died down).
