JW, there's a Star Trek reference - of sorts.

Thanks for posting the links to the interviews with Sylvester [In reply to] Can't Post

Lovely reading.

Makes me really like him as a person too :)

Love this line

"Well, he's an eccentric old hippie, really - and I was an eccentric young hippie! Now I'm old… maybe I'm still an eccentric hippie.

Nice interview – thank you for posting it [In reply to] Can't Post

I like this line:

'There's a wonderful freedom in the eccentricity - you can go places, you can be wacky and you don't have to be constrained. I think that's why people are eccentric - eccentricity is a weapon… and it's great!'

It's sort of the way I think…

Star Trek [In reply to] Can't Post

Wow, I'm really choosy about my threads now, and I happened upon this one. Are you trying to soften me up with a Star Trek reference? OMG, I've become familiar and... predictable!

Well, at least Doctor McCoy (see what I did there?) is self aware enough to acknowledge he has "s**t down his face" - twice! - even if Radagast isn't.

One still hopes for a rain shower, or a fall into the Anduin.

Yay choosiness! See! See! [In reply to] Can't Post

There's this esoteric Star Trek/Tolkien/Doctor connection: McCoy/Urban/McCoy...doctors...interesting modes of transport...animals: Eomer riding horses; Radagast driving a bunny sled; some horse/cricket/bunny connection you cleverly picked up. It's like magic, right?! Like, WOW! How cool is this! We're all connected in the cosmos - TORnfolk and Trekkers and the TARDIS.

And yes, you are predictable.Wink, but, oh pooh (see what I did there?), who cares! You wouldn't want to miss all the fun, would you?
See yuh around. (bwahaha) Angelic
