http://www.saturnawards.org/index.html The Hobbit has nine nominations for Best Fantasy Film, Best Actor and Supporting Actor, Director, Design, Music, Costume, Make-up and Special Effects. Apparently the (American) public can become members of the Academy and place their votes, though it's not cheap!

Elementary (The original "totally not copying Sherlock, Sherlock Holmes series") is nominated. But, isn't Saturn Award an award thing for science fiction or fantasy. As far as I'm aware, Elementary is just a modern day Sherlock Holmes. Doesn't fit in to Science fiction or fantasy. Not going to say anything about the show's quality, jut that I thought that Saturn awards was about science fiction and fantasy

I do sorta understand how Skyfall fits in when contemplating the Bond films as a whole, but even that seems dicey.
