Lines from The Hobbit AUJ-Comparison to lines The Lord of the Rings

Gandalf (The Hobbit): Home is now behind you. The world is ahead. Pippin (RotK, singing): Home is behind, the world ahead... Balin: And I thought to myself then: there is one that I could follow. There's one I could call king. Boromir (FotR): I would have followed you my brother, my captain, my king. Gandalf (TH): This way, you fools! Gandalf (FotR): Fly, you fools! Gandalf and Saruman in TH. G: Saruman. S: You've been busy of late, my old friend. Gandalf and Saruman in FotR. S: For that is why you have come, is it not, my old friend? G: Saruman. Azog (TH, in Black Speech): Do you smell it? The scent of fear? I remember your father reeked of it, Thorin, son of Thrain. Gothmog (RotK): Fear. This city is rank with it. Saruman (TH): Gandalf the enemy is defeated. Sauron is vanquished. He can never regain his full strength. Saruman: (LotR): Sauron has regained much of his former strength. He cannot yet take physical form, but his spirit has lost none of it's potency. Balin (TH): Then we are with you, laddie. We will see it done. Aragorn (FotR): I would have gone with you to the end, into the very fires of Mordor. Boromir (FotR): If this is indeed, the will of the council, then Gondor will see it done. These are just a few similar lines, some quite obvious, but I thought it would be great to have a thread in which as many of these similar lines as possible could be posted. So if you know some fire away!
"These are Gundabad Wargs! They will outrun you!" "THESE are Rhosgobel Rabbits! I'd like to see them try...."

This might not qualify but still those two scenes have a powerful connection:

TH Bilbo: I have never used a sword in my life. Gandalf: [..] True courage is knowing not when to take a life, but when to spare one. LOTR Frodo: "I wish the Ring had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened." Gandalf: "So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us. There are other forces at work in this world, Frodo, besides the will of evil. Bilbo was meant to find the Ring, in which case you also were meant to have it. And that is an encouraging thought."

I had a similar thread like this here's the lines I noticed Thorin: Help? When the dragon attacked Erebor, what help came from the Elves? Orcs plundered Moria, desecrated our sacred halls. The Elves looked on and did nothing. You would ask me to seek out the very people who betrayed my grandfather and betrayed my father? Théoden: Gondor? Where was Gondor when the Westfold fell? Where was Gondor when our enemies closed in around us? Where was Gon… – No, my lord Aragorn, we are alone. and also Thorin: the legacy of my people is mine to protect Denethor: The Rul of Gondor is mine and no others

A few others I've noticed: In AUJ: THORIN: "It cannot be." upon seeing Azog again, alive and well. In TTT: ARAGORN: "It cannot be." upon seeing Gandalf the White, alive and well. In AUJ: THORIN: "Hold your ground" when being attacked by wargs near secret entrance to Rivendell. In ROTK: ARAGORN: "Hold your ground" to the troops before the Black Gate. In AUJ: GOLLUM: "Musn't ask us. Not its business" IN TTT: GOLLUM: "No. Not its business" while being interrogated by Faramir. In FOTR: GANDALF: "Questions. Questions that need answering" IN AUJ: GANDALF: he says something about questions that need answers concerning Thorin's map but can't remember exact wording. Anyone? Anyone?

I don't remember the exact quote, but Saruman's barb about Radagast's brain being addled by mushrooms in AUJ and his comment to Gandalf in FOTR about his "love of the halfling's leaf" seem to parallel each-other.

..though I can't remember exact wording... Gollum uses the words "Up, up, up it goes" during one of his riddles. He also uses this line in LOTR when discussing with his reflection/alter ego how he will lead the hobbits up the winding stair to Shelob.
'O' is very useful. You use it when you say... "Oscar's only ostrich oiled an orange owl today."
