Something lovely happened at work

In the madness of the end of the school year, I am madly trying to finish everything off.
I have been very busy carrying out staff appraisals over the last couple of weeks. Although it is a large workload to write up all the reports, I find the meetings with each team member to be a really satisfying experience.
When asked what had been the good things this year, and what she liked about the job, this worker said:
"I love my job. I love what we do. And I am so PROUD to say I work here"
I am so, so lucky to work with these people.

you are in the right place, doing the right thing. What a gift, both what you do, and those who do it. I hope the children on some level can feel all the dedication. And I'm betting the parents thank their lucky stars (and you and the staff!) every day.
