Honestly they looked like these... AND I LOVED IT I know people say they look a bit fake and CGI but I quess I LOVED the design, especially the white one with a bit of black stripes on it. Anyway I adored the movie, yes it's flawed (way too much exposition in the first half) but the good outweighed all the flaws, loved Thorin and Bilbo and honestly the riddles scenes is better than anything in the LOTR movies... I was totally blown away by it and the ending. Anyway, I just got back so I'm probably not too coherent at the moment (Oversized image removed - Ataahua.)

I'm glad they've gone back to a more wolf-hybrid warg in The Hobbit than those hyena-hybrids from LOTR. I'm hoping the animation is better too. There are shots in The Two Towers warg attack scene where not only all the wargs are using the same running cycle but are also moving the exact same way at the same time. Major animation no-nos but I guess the warg scene was another one of those rush jobs left to the last minute to finish.

I would say better than in the Two Towers but still a bit off, I loved seeing them on screen though, the white warg looks much better than the rest.

They were better than the LotR wargs (at least the movement was; the design was better, too, IMO). Very scary, very realistic, clearly monstrous.
