The eagle shot at the end of the clip is amazing. The whole video is insanely good. Looks like something that'd be on the EE appendix discs.

...to see all of these amazing people back on these bonus videos, talking about the story and the process. Richard Taylor, Alan Lee, John Howe, Dan Hennah, etc. Everything feels the same. How could anybody but these guys have done these movies?
Besides all of the other new footage that hasn't been seen before, the scenes with Radagast are probably the most revealing as to his character....

This looks suspiciously to me like something leaked from the dvd extras. Maybe I'm wrong, but there is so much stuff here, it seems like they might as well just post the whole film onto youtube at this rate...
