where Elrond and Thorin are standing round the crystal table...
But she's wearing the soft gold metallic overgown we saw early on in the v-logs, it's not the same dress that she's wearing in the trailer scenes where she is behind Gandalf...
Have to say the main thing that stood out for me from this new tv spot is how obviously fake Balin's nose looks!

It seems the white council's meeting will last many hours, so Galadriel has taken with her a handful of dresses to change depending on the mood I guess...

Dori being clobbered by a Warg (probably outside the Trollshaw); Stone Giants fighting each other; a new shot of Galadriel looking pensive in the White Council chamber; a hoard of Goblins running full-tilt at camera, Grinnah leading the pack (they're looking pretty good...I mean, bad, in a good way); and Thorin (?) taking on some Goblins through Dwarvish interpretative dance!
The Stone Giant battle is going to be their answer to FotR's stunning Balrog visual for AUJ, I think. And I quite like the painterly effect, largely through color-grading, they're going for in many of these shots.

It was nice not having music for a change. Very well done IMO. What's the deal with the warg attacking in daylight? Is this before Rivendell as some have suggested?

You can see Bofur on the right and Nori kind-of leaping back behind and on the left.
And oh yeah, forgot to mention Thorin's sword to the Troll-hand.

It's like they're trying to force a trailer into 1/3 of the time a proper trailer would need. The result is something between hilarious and bad.
PJ, I know you love to give us everything, but please, please try to do something artistic with these spots. Concentrate on some particular scene, feeling, theme or dialogue. Don't try to force a synopsis of the entire movie into a half a minute. Because now they're just fast forwarded mess that leaves no lasting impression. Damn.
