And in front of the that massive green screen (the Back Lot). Perhaps they're saving it for next year as they need more time to make it as impressive as possible?

He says he was there for four or five weeks. Cate Blanchett said she only did one week of shooting (which seems awfully low if she's going to have a battle scene.) And we know Christopher Lee did four days of work. So it looks like Elrond will be the most prominent WC member (other than Gandalf), followed by Galadriel and then Saruman.

Length of shooting doesn't always equate to time on screen

C.Lee would have done all of his in front of green screen, by himself, non-stop. In contrast Weaving would have done his scenes on set with a whole bunch of other cast members. Time to set up, and to film scenes (with retakes) would've taken longer for Weaving, than Lee. But I generally agree with your order anyway: Gandalf - Most active member Elrond - We know he also enters Dol Guldur Galadriel - Most likely enters Dol Guldur Saruman - Unknown

Elrond = Mace Windu, Galadriel = Yoda.

Weaving gives no indication of returning to NZ for the Battle of the Five Armies; but then Elrond wasn't present for that event in the book either. The novel doesn't even hint that Elrond took part in the assault on Dol Guldur, but it might just be that Gandalf and the Elf-lord kept that a secret from Bilbo.

With the Necromancer ousted, would Elrond really be bothered by the battle?

With the Necromancer ousted, would Elrond really be bothered by the battle? It isn't even certain that anyone in the White Council would have been aware of the Battle of the Five Armies unless they actually went North, like Gandalf did, to check on Bilbo and the Dwarves. Elrond didn't really didn't have to worry about Smaug crossing the Misty Mountains as long as the Dragon didn't come under the Necromancer's (Sauron's) control. Once Smaug was dead, Elrond had no good excuse for heading for Erebor. In fact, it would have raised many questions that would have concerned secret Council business.

there was any battle of Dol Guldur during the Hobbit. But it does say the White Council "drove out" the Necromancer, and Elrond is part of the White Council.

However, we know that something happened there, and other sources (FotR and the Appendices) at least hint that there may have been some sort of violent encounter. Much of what little is written is open to interpretation. At this time, though, what Tolkien wrote is less germaine than what Jackson will do.
