LOTR Trailers release dates?

Hello everybody,
Does anybody recall (or have information) as about when the trailers for the LOTR trilogy were released? I look for the most exact release date as possible.
These were the following:
- Lord of the Rings Internet trailer: April 7, 2000
- Lord of the Rings Trilogy Teaser (the one with the Fellowship walking over the mountain pass): ???
- Fellowship of the Ring Teaser ("Legend tells of a Ring..."): ???
- Fellowship of the Ring Trailer ("In the Land of Middle-Earth..."): ???
- The Two Towers Preview: March 2002
- The Two Towers Teaser ("The Fate of the World must soon be decided...") ???
- The Two Towers Trailer ("What business does an elf, a man and a dwarf...") ???
- Return of the King Teaser ("Every day Frodo moves closer to Mordor...") ???
- Return of the King Trailer ("The Eye of the Enemy is moving...") ???
