The Wiki rides its Fell Beast and has it drop boulders on top of the T-1000 until it's slightly flatter than a crushed car.
Shelob stabs the T-X, and gets her stinger caught by the Terminator who proceeds to shoot and rip her to pieces.
Sauron wins on points.
