New Year... New Calendars Can't Post

For people who still sit at computers (rather than peck at their phones) and still reference calendars in print... I have my Tolkien Computer Monitor Calendars updated for a new year.

Many of you know what these are. They are strip calendars meant to sit along the edge of a computer monitor or sometimes on a keyboard.

.......

These all have Tolkien related designs. You find the one you want, download the pdf, print on your printer, and cut it to size (using either the edge of calendar as a guide or the crop marks I've provided).

A full length one looks like this (these are two of the newest ones I've created)

These two are taller than most of my calendars. I couldn't fit something from the Hobbit movie in the shorter ones very well.

Here are the rest of the calendar designs including a new Hobbit one:

(You might see a year other than 2012 in these examples. That's just because I don't create new thumbs for every year. The design is the same from year to year and the print pdfs you download will be for Jan-June of 2012.

Find them here.

Please let me know if you find any mistakes that need to be fixed or if you have any questions.

enjoy.

I really need these new films to take me back to, and not re-introduce me to, that magical world.

These are always so attractive and well-done [In reply to] Can't Post

Which to choose? Hmmm---I like the new Hobbit one, of the door of Bag End.... Maybe I can print them all and line a doorway with them!

Thank you, as always. Smile

Do we walk in legends or on the green earth in the daylight?

A man may do both. For not we but those who come after will make the legends of our time. The green earth, say you? That is a mighty matter of legend, though you tread it under the light of day!

Thank you Magpie [In reply to] Can't Post

It looks great A compact quick look calendar is useful right here. I use it as stand-up fold-over that sits on my windowsill within easy reach. I just have no room to put a larger one. You come through in a pinch...again:).

''Sam put his ragged orc-cloak under his master's head, and covered them both with the grey robe of Lorien; and as he did so his thoughts went out to that fair land, and to the Elves, and he hoped that the cloth woven by their hands might have some virtue to keep them hidden beyond all hope in this wilderness of fear...But their luck held, and for the rest of that day they met no living or moving thing; and when night fell they vanished into the darkess of Mordor.'' - - -rotk, chapter III

Faerie contains many things besides elves and fays and besides dwarfs, witches, trolls, giants or dragons; it holds the seas, the sun, the moon, the sky; and the earth, and all things that are one in it: tree and bird, water and stone, wine and bread, and ourselves, mortal men, when we are enchanted."
— J.R.R. Tolkien

May the grace of Manwë let us soar with eagle's wings!

In the air, among the clouds in the sky
Here is where the birds of Manwe fly
Looking at the land, and the water that flows
The true beauty of earth shows
With the stars of Varda lighting my way
In all the realms this is where I stay
In the realm of Manwë Súlimo

NOTE: multiple issues with the pdfs have been resolved [In reply to] Can't Post

Either you guys are too kind to tell me when you find a problem or you were downloading the few files that didn't have a problem!

If you tried to download a calendar, had a problem, and just gave up... try again, please. :-)

I need to start earlier and not run myself down to the deadline on these things.
