I really can't see Spidey wanting to fight a little hobbit for no reason, he fights for justice.
And I can't see a reason that Samwise would want to fight Pete.
But if they did for some reason, perhaps over who's prettier Mary Jane or Rosie, maybe Sam, providing he had the right gear (i.e. Sting, Light of Earendil) but then again the Ladies' Star Glass might not do anything agaisnt Spidey as he's not dark and doesn't hate light or anything.
So maybe Spider-man.
I don't know, too hard.
