(I know some people have already heard from Lumpkin, but it's good to spread the joy!) Some of you will remember the lovely Lumpkin, who used to post here. We've had the pleasure of meeting Lumpkin and Mr Lumpkin on their visits to New Zealand. The Lumpkins have a beautiful baby boy, born last month. All are well, and very happy.

I happen to be the proud owner of an announcement and piccie of said little guy, but wouldn't consider posting it myself. *taps fingers* The best, and VERY best, of congrats to lumpkin and mr. lumpkin. These are really fine people and I can't think of better candidates for parenthood. Wonderful news and thanks for sharing it.
No wonder all writers want to direct: one still has to put up with a load of nonsense, but even if wearing two hats (writer and director), there is one under which one is not called a thief and then raped.
