I've been working on this on and off for weeks, and my desk is covered with handwritten notes, but when Sunday night rolled around I was under the weather. Then Tuesday the outside weather dropped 60 degrees F in 12 hours, from 85 to 25, and really did me in. I will post as much as possible today and tomorrow to get back on schedule. I ask your forgiveness and also that you not post personal responses to the Reading Room.
Batik is waiting in the wings with chapter 6.
