Peter Hambleton, a.k.a Gloin, appears to be missing a credit in BotFA EE 4K version Can't Post

To celebrate the 20th anniversary from the release of TT and the 10th anniversary from AUJ, I started my yearly Hobbit/LotR movie marathon today.
While waiting for the credits to roll for BotFA (EE), I noticed that Peter Hambleton's credit was missing.

Was that a mistake? Is it missing from the other releases too?
Has anyone else noticed this before? Any information why is missing?

What release/version is that one, exactly? [In reply to] Can't Post

I have bought the complete "The Middle-earth Collection" on Blu-ray about a year ago and I don't know if it has that mistake.

I will check it today later on.

Must be a mistake [In reply to] Can't Post

All the more puzzling since Hambleton also returned for a small voice part in The War of the Rohirrim.
