Okay, this is all old news to you, but... I don't know what to say!
I come onto TORn for the first time in months and find that everything's changed! And what's more, it changed over three months ago - I've been away a lot longer than I thought! Quite bizarre, really, to think that you're all familiar with these new boards while I'm just getting used to them, having discovered them little over an hour ago! Even more bizarre to think that the long-fabled "New Boards" (which I remember were being mentioned when I first joined TORn four and a half years ago) are actually here.
It's a little bit of a shock to the system, but really, I like them a lot - especially the editing options, and an end to the old 'fallen-off-the-board' problem! (Although I must admit I'll miss many of the quirks of the old boards - the timer, the SpellcheckerSpellcheckerSpellchecker, etc - however annoying they may have been at times...) I should get used to it pretty quickly, particularly since discovering I can change the board settings to Threaded - just like the old boards! And most importantly, the people are still here - it's just like home. [

Anyway, I should be around pretty often from now on - I've just finished exams today and so, having been very busy for quite a while, now have more free time than I know what to do with. I look forward to once again 'wasting' many an hour here on TORn! (Plus, I hope to get my commentary transcripts completed over the summer. Here's hoping.)
