Bored at school, figured I'd take a crack at the logo:

your logo is simple but at the same time correct 'cause it recalls LOTR one
I think they'll personalize it with some fire and magic themes...
 
I could definitely see them encrusting the title with jewels, or something of the sort,
to allude to the quest to reclaim the stolen treasure. It would also give it a bit of an
adventurous quality.
 
with jewels would seem gaudy in my opinion.
It could be done without seeming so, but it would be extremely easy to over-do the jewels

Something simple (like you had) would be best
 
one of the letters could be a gem and the others could be fire. Something like that. A mixture of a sorts.
