You do realize that you have just posted the first clear, official image of Radagast, right? You may want to change the title, and include a MAJOR spoiler warning... [:)]

IMO, he looks excellent. Far more wizardy than some of the descriptions from Cinema and Comic Con suggested.

And there's Elrond in battle armor!

Is this how PJ, and Warners, planned on debuting Radagast? They have been so persistent in blotting him out of every shot and photo, that I find it hard to believe that this calendar reveal was the planned platform for the first reveal...

I wonder if this will be taken down in the next few minutes...

OMG! Ah, the ways of Wizardry. This last post just put me over the edge into Tol Eressea! Elating Elvendom. And cheers and salut to you Shelob's Appetite. Your incarnation seems to have received an "I come back to you now" style upgrade recently as well. (looks like our arguments with some of our site kindred were not entirely fruitless, at least lol).

A TORN reporter at Comic Con mentioned, on these boards, that he or she didn't see a beard on Radagast...

However, there have been numerous other reports of him sporting "poop in his beard" so I always thought that reporter must have missed the beard.

Plus, a beardless wizard would seem like an even worse shock than a beardless dwarf!
 
I'm just not sure about his hat; it reminds me a lot of Bofur's.

Tell me SA, do you hesitate before you click on these links. I kind of feel like eventually we'll know everything and he films won't be a surprise anymore.

I really can't help it though!
