have long since been answered, one way or another. The questions we don't still don't know the answers to (such as how much of what character we'll see when and where the movies split, etc.) are things they want to keep secret and certainly wouldn't have told us then. It's my observation that whenever they choose fan questions to answer they generally go for the "softball" general public stuff we already know and ignore the technical and plot-oriented questions from the dedicated fanbase. So it's annoying that they never got around to posting the original questions for whatever reason, but I think it's moot at this point.
As for scheduling, I think the timing is perhaps not entirely PJ's call. The WB PR department seems to like long drawn-out teases and minimal information at the end of them. Even though we have to wait a long time between vlogs and they don't stick to any schedule, at least when we get them they have interesting stuff in them. If it wasn't for PJ wanting to do them, I don't think we'd get much of anything out of WB.

He even said as his first answer to those questions that he would be able to read every one of them. Why would WB even let him promise us them if they would tell him to stop them later. Or why would PJ promise to answer the questions if he knew WB could stop him. I think PJ just doesn't care about anyone but himself.

In the past he's uploaded photos that usually tie in with the recent segment of filming or some other major contemporary event. The last one was only a few weeks ago and heralded the beginning of filming pick-ups.
The cover photo looks like it was taken in the area around Pelorus Bridge where they did Barrels out of Bond, doesn't it?
