So thats now 3 of the cast I've met....but can't tell you about the 3rd cos I was working.

Where are you watching the Cup opener? I'm heading to the local fanzone, and hoping it doesn't turn into crush as in Auckland.

if I've got to wait until December 2013 before seeing myself on screen. It was a cold windy night in Wellington so I watched the opening ceremony on TV at home.
Very well done, pity about the transport chaos though.
 
With the Rugby World Cup underway, I'm guessing that many of the stars will be out in force to watch their home team play. So they shouldn't be hard to spot in a stadium if their schedules allows this.[unimpressed]
 
So you hadn't met the dwarves yet, and you had only met one star so far. You mentioned something about lake town, and being cast as a man (not a dwarf, elf or hobbit) so, I reckon you were with either Bard (Luke Evans) or with The mayor, Stephen Fry. Alfrid (Ryan Gage) may not qualify as a "star" yet it seems like Fry as mayor will have his lackey with him. (Though perhaps they weren't being filmed when you met?)

I thought Evans wasn't in NZ yet, but it appears he is. This and you saying you won't be on screen until 2013 (second film) leads me to conclude...

Perhaps you missed my post in March where I reported having spoken to Ken Stott in a grocery store (about black pudding).
Willowing suggests RWC games for star-spotting.
Expensive pastime given the cost of tickets and associated expenses, you would have to be a very serious geek Eden Park in Auckland holds 60,000 and celebs might be in corporate boxes.
On the other hand, I will be going to Te Papa tomorrow

You will be surprised, I think a lot of people have saved up for an event on this scale even if it is just for one game and I don't believe a lot of the actors(overseas) will be in corporate boxes either. Auckland is a different as I reside in Wellington and I can't see this stadium staying empty. [:|]
