My guess is that poor John was an experiement...In the past 10 years the Make-up artists have grown with prothetics, new ways to do things...It could a LOT Shorter time in the Chair this time.

I mean, don't tell Thranduil that the dwarves are having an easier time with the make-up applying orcs, otherwise he will use that as an excuse to torment them even more.[:)]
