That is just beautiful and a perfect backdrop for talking about Tolkien Reading Day :)

I spent the day reading a LOT of The Lord of the Rings. I usually get a bit of a read in every day as it is... but having this special day to celebrate the reading is always fun :)

Those spy pictures have got me drooling for more!!! *twitch* Especially seeing Martin's Bilbo walking with his cloak on! Even just this little morsel of what's to come has me just thrilled because he looks GREAT!! And there's Andy Serkis :D *waves madly* HI ANDY!!!! WELCOME BACK!!!

I love these 5-spots. They're always just the right about of info delivered with so much enthusiam. Well done Ms Platt!!!

I have the feeling I'm NEVER going to get caught up with the posts flying through here... but WHAT A RIDE!!!

ever time I open my mouth, I put my foot in it... it comes with old age in my case ...hangs head down in shame ...[:(]
 
...maybe it would great, if she did it in character ... first Arwen , then Eowyn .... Bilbo , and then maybe ...Gandalf (with the beard) ...ha [cool]
 
Gotta admit I'm enjoying the "Hobbit in 5" series. I think Rebekah's doing a good job getting all that info shared in such a short timeframe. And, since I don't have tons of time to read lots of threads or articles to get all the detail, those short weekly videos are great ways for me to stay connected to the project.
 
Dear Rebekah,

Matamata is pronounced Matter Matter, as in ... it doesn't matter if Rebekah dances like a reindeer.
