... maybe it's a spin-off where we learn that Charlie was responsible for the whole LOST mess and is now engineering a new project. Title of the new show? FOUND, perhaps? [;)]
 
his return on the show where his ex is the most hated character means his ex`s exit from the show? Like, if they can`t stand each other, and most fans absolutely hate Kate, perhaps Evangeiline Lilly is getting a well-deserved boot? Fat chance but fans can dream.
 
Maybe he's in that new Flash Forward show there's been so much hoopla about.
