Bolg will be in DOS right?

...but we probably won't know until next month. There hasn't been any news on Bolg, but there's been a ton of rumors and speculation.

A silhouette that most likely belonged to Bolg was featured on one of the posters, so I would venture to say that he will be present in DoS in some capacity. Whether he'll be played by Conan Stevens in prosthetics, or mo-capped in order to make him look more like Azog, is anyone's guess at this point.
 
Jackson has spoken of this in interviews this past summer, for example he is quoted talking about Bolg in this Empire magazine article that is on the Hairs of Durin site:

PJ has stated it several times, Most likely though he will be in a unseen CGI form, due to the fact that they are giving Bolg the same treatment as they did to Azog months before the release of AUG
 
Azog is a menacing enough villain for me. If introducing Bolg contributes to the story, that's fine, but if not than can easily live without him.
 
I don't have a problem with having him be the bad guy of AUJ, but I would like to see him wacked in DOS. I just feel like there needs to be an unknown element to the lake town folk/elves/dwarves that the orcs are coming. Otherwise seems like everyone would be concerned about them and not the gold in the mountain and who gets their share. Bolg (I feel) would be a good way of making that happen.
