I too am looking forward to Morgan's performance in The Hobbit.

BTW - I also enjoyed the following actors' performances from the Lord of the Rings movies: Liz Taylor's Arwen, Keith Urban's Eomer, Stephen Dourff's Grima, Timothy Robbins' Deagol and last but not least, David Beckham's Faramir. They were magnificent.

I have no doubt that Morgan's Bilbo will join this pantheon of great performances ;0)..

SirD thanks for this. Morgan Freeman is one of the finest and most versatile actors that i have experienced. I love this guy too. I saw him in six or more films, but for me the real eye-opener was Driving Miss Daisy. It takes a great actor to capture me in a movie of so simple a setting.

I also am intrigued in the NOVA series in which he is a narrator.
