Gwaihir vs Buckbeack

Well pound for pound I'm going with Gwaihir. Yes, if Beacky ever was able to get a bite on Gwaihir, he would be toast. But Gwaihir can out maneuver anything in the sky. He would scratch out his eyes faster than a speeding Nazgul. Poor Buckbeack, would fly into freefall and nothing would be left of him to bury.
May your beer be laid under an enchantment of surpassing excellence for seven years! ~~~~~~~~Gandalf~~~~~~~
Listen. Strange women lying in ponds, distributing swords, is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony!

I agree fully however lets take a veiw of this from Gwahirs pespective. Buckbeak is a lunch for Gwahir. It would take several hiporgirs to feed Gwahir You can not expect to have extreme exective power jsut beacuse some watery tart through a sword at you, If I wne t around saying i was king beacuse some moisened person through a sword at me they would kill me,

Poor Buckbeack, would fly into freefall and nothing would be left of him to bury. Ha!
....," said Frodo sharply. "And now leave me in peace for a bit! I don't want to answer a string of questions while I am eating. I want to think!" "Good Heavens!" said Pippin. "At breakfast?"
