No weapons, no gadgets, no magic, and no Vulcan nerve pinches. A hand-to-hand fight to the death. Who wins?

The Eldar (and therefore Elrond, as he chose to be numbered among them) were not stupidly stronger than humans. Vulcan's were. Just try to remember that episode when Kirk is trying to save his crew from that planet where they all went native and Spock got all emotional and didn't want to leave. When Kirk got him back on board the Enterprise he attacked Spock with some kind of iron bar. But you can be sure it was MUCH MORE than a simple metal bar. Probably some kind of Tritanium alloy, with its proton's reversed, its flux, fluxing and its poles well and truly reversed. Whatever, it was, it was some stupidly hard Trek metal, that until this episode had probably been unbendable or breakable. Kirk usd it against Spock and at one point in the fight Spock did a vertical chop at Kirk's head and Kirk raised the bar to defend himself. The bar bent as Spock hit it. Not just a little bit, but but a whole lot, as I remember. So, Spock was ludicrously strong. Elrond wasn't. I can't see Elrond being able to overcome that kind of strength. Now if we overlay reality (in which case the Trek universe mostly dissolves into a greasy puddle at your feet), then we'd have to reign in Spock's super strength, and just say he is, despite his lean frame, a VERY strong man. Possibly still stronger than Elrond, or AS strong as Elrond. However Elrond is from a world where he has had to fight for his life, probably on a number of occasions, and has had to keep himself trim to that end. Spock hasn’t. He’s a scientist mainly, and how many scientists do you know that you couldn’t whip. Spock is also from a very modern society. Modern societies keep their weak alive, who then have the opportunity to keep such weakness in the gene-pool. Therefore Spock has a lot to content with on the genetic front. Elrond doesn’t, for he is from a society where, in comparison, ONLY the strong survive. Anyway, given all this, and given the Trek universe is pants (although Spock is one of the best characters in it) Elrond’s native toughness and combat prowess overcomes Spock’s natural strength. With or without neck pinches. Cheers Padster

I think Elrond was a field tried and tested General, but if Spock was in that mode he was in in that episode where he needed to "take care of certain desires", I prety sure he could and would rip elf boy up.

Elrond for sure! He would give Spock a look... and Spock would think it to emotional and illogical and he'd stare into space and be killed by Elrond.
