I'm hoping that if the theatrical release is Thursday 6th as many have suggested, then there's a good chance for an online debut of Tuesday 4th. Certainly a number have been released on Tuesday before :)

Before today, 48 and 60fps videos were restricted to a few exclusive Youtube channels. But today it was enabled for everyone, so we may see the next trailer in 48fps 
There's already a few fan conversions of the existing trailers. But it's not really the same as an official native HFR video. Here's one of the attempts: http://youtu.be/UL5EvBFXwmE
You need to go to the cog and set quality to HD (720p48 or 1080p48)

The trailer would be included on the extended edition physical dics, which would put the release at 4 November, it would also explain why the wait was so long to get it.
