are visible to everyone? They are not yet invisible because Sauron is not that powerful yet, and with Saurons power being kinda low, not like in LOTR, makes the Nazguls weaker and looks like ghosts which everyone can see. Or maybe they can show themselves if they want to.... Or... Well... I guess we will get the answers in the movie. Or maybe not. Radagast clearly saw the Witch King in AUJ. The Nazguls are a really hard thing to talk about. So full of mystery they are.

Look brilliant in the new trailer. They've gone for a completely new look and I love it! Nice change from the twilight design in AUJ (that was exactly the same as from LOTR).

Yeah, that makes sense. Powerful beings can see them because they can see or enter the spirit world.

The Nazgul wearing Easterling armor/gear??? Here, i took a prnt scrn! http://imgur.com/naiyRrL And the blue one i marked must be the Witch King, which looks like SAURON! I hope it's a long scene and they talk some... I really like the idea of good vs. evil discussing/talking to each other.

My guess is that the next scene shows Elrond coming in to kick some Nazgul ass...with Saruman.

Hm... I was just going to suggest that only the ring-bearers can see them - which is why Saruman has to face Sauron, because he can't see the Nazgul. But Radagast sees the Witch King in AUJ, so theory ruined. I'll make the post anyway coz I think it's an interesting thought.

The Istaris have an even more natural connexion to the spirit world...

...since they are spirits in the first place, who chose to take bodies of flesh to share the sufferings of mortals. There is no doubt they can see the Nazguls as they are, just like Sauron can

We see in the book that Glorfindel glows brightly to Frodo's eyes when he is succumbing to the Morgul blade, and Gandalf says that he is seeing him "as he is on the other side" and that "those who have dwelt in the Blessed Realm live at once in both worlds, and against both the Seen and the Unseen they have great power". So it seems to me that those who live and have power in both worlds - the Istari and the Elf lords - can probably see the Nazgul at all times. They're only invisible to mortals, who need some extra mechanism/power, such as the Ring, to allow them to see into the spirit realm. I think the members of the White Council should all be able to see the Nazgul.

about them.I did not want them to look like the twilight figures in AUJ,and this new look and design surpassed my expectations.I wanted them to feel and look more grounded and the trailer did not disappoint me at all in this matter. So looking forward to the Dol Guldur confrontations.
