Hunter orcs riding in broad daylight without any concern?

I thought only the Uruk-hai were able to do so. Are the movie orcs of some other sun-resistant kind? That would make Uruk-hai not that special...

I hadn't twigged to that while watching the film. In FOTR the Fellowship escaped Moria into the sunshine; however in TTT the Orcs that held Osgiliath opened fire on Faramir's charging cavalry in the daylight (and of course the Pelennor Fields were darn bright during ROTK). I think this is one aspect of Tolkien's lore that the scriptwriters haven't stuck to in any of the films.
Celebrimbor: "Pretty rings..." Dwarves: "Pretty rings..." Men: "Pretty rings..." Sauron: "Mine's better." "Ah, how ironic, the addictive qualities of Sauron’s master weapon led to its own destruction. Which just goes to show, kids - if you want two small and noble souls to succeed on a mission of dire importance... send an evil-minded beggar with them too." - Gandalf's Diaries, final par, by Ufthak. we've heard rumblings there will be bats at the Bo5A. The reason for the bats is to blot out the sun. Maybe they are going to use differentiate orcs from goblins. Its all a little cloudy.

I think it might just be a little less of a big deal for them because the wargs are basically doing all the work. But that's definitely a detail that isn't very consistent or clear in the movies.

did not like sunlight, notably when Merry and Pippin are captured (The Two Towers) and the MM orcs want to rest for the day. I think it is also mentioned in The Hobbit. But I do not remember if it is mentioned anywhere else, or applies to other orcs?
" Well well!", said a voice. "Just look! Bilbo the hobbit on a pony, my dear! Isn't it delicious!" "Most astonishing wonderful!"

In Gondor the sunlight was more or less covered by Sauron's broil of fume.

Gandalf tells Pippin that it is a device to ease the orcs passage to war. In The Hobbit movie a radiant sun shines during the hunter orcs attack.

They hate sunlight like I hate freezing cold weather. It doesn't kill them, but it is extremely uncomfortable. I suppose a bit of uncomfortable sun is better than being killed by Azog for failing to capture the party. That said, the movie should have better shown that the sun affects them negatively.

I thought only the Uruk-hai were able to do so. Are the movie orcs of some other sun-resistant kind? That would make Uruk-hai not that special... In the books we have goblins who have trouble in the Sun and others who do not. And even in the books the Mordorians rull notably well under the Sun alongside Saruman's Uruk-hai [chaper The Uruk-hai] despite that Saruman's lads make the bigger deal about how good they are at this. And I note the book (my emphasis): 'Go on running,' said Uglúk. 'What do you think? Sit on the (...) What's the use of sending out mountain-maggots on a trip, only half trained. Run, curse you...' So if one accounts for training, perhaps that can explain things -- that is: all goblins hate the Sun, so why not blot it out, with clouds or whathaveyou, if you are a Dark Lord. But if you can't, there are still goblins who can fight and run well enough under the Sun.

Sunlight was not deadly to orcs the way it was to trolls. They hated and feared it but could be trained to move about in daylight if they needed to. They likely feared the Dark Lord and the whips of their commanders more than they did the sun. As for the Uruk-hai, they had no fear of the sun but that wasn't their only distinguishing trait. They were also taller, stronger, more Man-like, and better warriors than other breeds of orcs. So other orcs being able to move in sunlight doesn't make them superfluous.

in the LOTR's films they say goblins cannot travel in daylight, after Moria Aragorn states that but they never say orcs cannot. In TTT the uruk-hai hook up with orcs while on the run, and also the skirmish between the wargs and Theodon. i forgot his name but the head elf in FOTR tells Aragorn that "orcs seldom are seen in sunlight". So it seems if they have to they can but they would rather not.
take me down to the woodland realm where the trees are green and the elf women are pretty, oh will you please take me home!!
