In the White Council meeting she does Speak to Gandalf with her mind... He answers. She is the One he must answer to? Saruman says he sent for her..How? through his Mind? Can she Teleport, TOO? Much later, When she lets go of Gandalf's hand She Disappears? WHa..? What are your Thoughtzz on that? In a way, it is as if she put Gandalf into a short TRANCE...Then Slipped away, or WHAT? In her first appearance in DoS, as Gandalf pulls away a Vine @ the Entrance of the Elven Path, hiding the Mark of Sauron...she enters his Mind again? or is that a Flashback? Telling him to leave the Company & go to the High Fells? ................................... In FOTR, she sees into Boromir's mind & finds the Weakness in the remaining 8 walkers... as well even says soo.. to Frodo @ her Mirror. BUT does her Telepathy have a Range? Is it only in her Queendome of Lothlorien, only? A Future BIG question?: What would you surmise, how PJ will Play out her role in Dol Guldur? Will she SING down the Walls? The Crumbling of Dol Guldur should be something pretty Spectacular! The Banner shows her on the Ground reaching for Gandalf... Has she been Struck Down by Azog? In our latest Trailer she is walking barefoot through the Ruins, SSOoo..does she ALWAYS walk Barefoot? Jus' questions that are Begging to be answered in the Final film. AND posted By Bomby for YOUR fun, to write about...

Since Tolkien is quite vague or did not specify exactly as to what powers Galadriel has, ranging from her "magical" to "athletic" prowess, it gives Tolkien some room to maneuver. For example, what she learned from Melian the Maia has never been elaborated, how she fought fiercely in the past has neither been described either, or how she exactly repelled the forces of Sauron when they were assailed three times. It is a point of contention for many; some of Tolkien's are quite specific and clear in my opinion, like her being greatest of the Elves, save Feanor (and that's a maybe). At any rate, she may use the Phial, and I'm not exactly sure if in her hands the effect of it would be more potent compared to when Frodo was using it. According to PJ, we even see her "lose it," and even "kick Sauron's ass a bit." I don't know how this would be played out. I am pretty sure many Gandalf lovers will not like this scenario as Gandalf lost to Sauron, so why she a mere elf win against Sauron (though a high elf). My guess would be she starts of fighting Sauron and you wouldn't see a clear winner long enough because Saruman (maybe with or without Elrond and Radagast) will arrive and tip the scale both to their favors. Whether you like it or not, in this movie Galadriel will most likely be portrayed as a step up as to what Arwen, Legolas, Tauriel, and even Thandruil and Elrond can do both in chant, elemental control and, in my opinion, even arms. Tolkien was never specific about her combat in arms, other than the fact that she was athletic and match with the best of the best (and this was even in her earlier years), but if it is any indication how she just "vanished" (provided it wasn't a mind communication because clearly Gandalf was holding her hand or made to believe) how she can move quickly. My scenario would played out like...Galadriel entering Dol Guldur will be the part where we see her in the trailer walking amongst the rubble that Gandalf destroyed when the orcs were pursuing him before he encountered Sauron / Along with other high Elves, she enters Dol Guldur and heads towards where Gandalf is (she has a mirror and maybe she knew where Gandalf was being held...who knows). She and other elves fight their way past orcs (Galadriel will be using the twin daggers of the Noldorin; maybe the one she gave to Mary and Pippin; certainly gives it more significance / They are intercepted by Sauron and while Sauron fights and disposes of Galadriel's men that accompanied her, it gives Galadriel enough time to free Gandalf from her prison and that part wherein she is kissing him will be just the part before "she loses it' and is confronted by Sauron / While she is fighting with Sauron, she uses the Phial, places in some kind in her wrist, and it serves as her "bubble shield" against Sauron until Saruman arrives to tip the balance both to their favors. I can also see her riding a horse and simply chanting as she rides and orcs just drop one by one as they fall asleep, or her moving very quickly (much faster than Legolas or Thandruil) and disposing of the orcs in a very stealthy manner. More than anything, I would like to see how they would portray how a Noldorin elf, who has seen the light of the two trees, very athletic, and learned from Melian and the Valar - would be different in action compared to the regular Elves, as much as Aragorn is so different from the just the regular man.

Whenever I watch FOTR and her superb "All shall love me and despair" line. I see her powers as subtle yet very powerful, like her speaking to Gandalf over a distance and telling him to go to the High Fells. Any "magic" she uses wouldn't be like a lot of Gandalf's where he actually uses incantations and words, it would be more of a womanly/femininely thing that is innate and powerful when aroused like a sudden storm with powerful wind and lightning or an earthquake even. Look back to Arwen (Elrond in the book) and his control of the water and the river at the ford to take out the Nine in LOTR, and I think you'll se what I mean except Galdriels will be far more powerful in terms of an order of magnitude or more.

But I am not sure, how she could exactly fight Sauron's smoke like appearance, unless she can also create some kind of force field bubble through a spell....
