I don't see your picture - perhaps it didn't load properly? I'm not the person to help with any technical things but I just wanted you to know that the pic isn't showing. Perhaps Altaira's advice below can help? Do try again!

and/or read the FAQ. I can see that you haven't uploaded the pic from your hard drive. You can't link directly to it, you need to upload it to the site. The instructions from the FAQ in the thread just below this one should help.
