Nice idea for a tattoo! Here's a couple of sites that should help you.

This site is good for a quick lesson on the different ways to write your name in Elvish script. What you end up with looks like something written by hand, so you may want something more formal.

A wonderful English alphabet - to - Tengwar "translator" can be found here. Play around with it for a bit to see how you'd like to do the vowels.

And post a pic when you get it done!
