We do not stop the fight for night or day, for fair weather or for storm. We come to kill!
Here are some Games Workshop Uruk-hai that I recently painted. We're doing a big War of the Ring game at a local game convention and I'm in charge of painting our orcs, uruks, and other evildoers. The white hand design is my own. We call them the Uruks Sinister because I painted a left hand on their shields and banner. Lighting conditions weren't great for this pic, but it gives you a general idea of how they look. I'm particularly pleased with how the blood splatters came out.
I'll share pics of more painted units as I go along. I tend to paint in spurts and having to do a game is an excellent motivating factor to get me working on things!
With caffeine, all things are possible.
The pity of Bilbo will screw up the fate of many.

I have a couple of shelves full of ones I painted a few years ago. They will soon be going into storage as they are a nightmare to dust!
Love the shield detail, nicely done!
