My friend, Elerin, had a birthday a while back and I had no idea what to give her so I decided to offer her a 18X24 painting of whatever she wanted. She chose the scene where the eagles fly to Mt.Doom to rescue Frodo and Sam. And so after weeks with no time to sit down and actually paint for fun, I was able to finish it over winter break. I spent my entire Christman Eve painting, but it was a lot of fun. I was able to give it to her finally, as a very belated birthday present. So ta da! You can't see it but I did the ring inscription as a border around the edges, which took forever! But it looked really good when I was done.
(Gorgeous, but oversized. Resize it to no larger than 525 wide x 400 pixels high and definitely post it again. - Ataahua.)

I had that same problem when I started posting stuff on my website.
Right click on pic, look for "properties" that tells you how big it is.
I love Photoshop, you can resize stuff really really easily, as well as mutate it other ways.
I posted small ones here with links to larger versions on other sites. Seems to work fine.
Go outside and play...
