Question about elvish script Can't Post

Hey folks. I'm new to the site, but I've been a big fan of Tolkien's work for a long time. I am here b/c I am looking for a little help. In my desire to enhance my understanding of these books and my way of paying tribute to Mr. Tolkien's great works, I wish to have a certain phrase translated into Elvish script for a tattoo. The phrase reads "My destiny is in my own hands", and I have been looking to find a site where I can get an illustrated translation of that phrase. If anyone knows of such a site or can help me get in touch with someone who can help, please reply. I would greatly appreciate any help or advice that can be given. Thank you!

Elven by name, Hobbit by nature

'Road lead ever on and on
down from the door where it began
now far ahead the road has gone
down from where all began' -FOTR-

and through all the world has changed
the ages come and go with time
and yet those remain unchanged
unto they journey westward
over the sea...
