Hi People, Here's Halifirien's New Trailer. Let me know what you think. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xX2rdmqHK8o Visit: http://www.halifirien.blogspot.com/
War is kindled. See, there is the fire on Amon Dīn, and flame on Eilenach; and there they go speeding west: Nardol, Erelas, Min-Rimmon, Calenhad, and the Halifirien on the borders of Rohan.

It is the correct URL. But if you type into Google "Halifirien Blogspot" it's seventh from the top. Thanks for checking it out, please spread the word...

don't know what the problem was yesterday. You're only 16? Well hey, I gotta say this is really good work. The things that most impress me are the visuals and the atmosphere (that's in any movie--with good acting being a given.) Next, I'm one who is greatly moved by the music. As I say, you've done both of these well. I liked your synopsis (or storyline, if you prefer.) I had never given thought to the dangers of the beacon warders, and how important they are in the chain of events that got Rohan to help out Gondor, therefore keeping the world of men alive, but this is a very plausible, if not canonical area of focus. Question: who is the youngster who is standing in the ruins? He looks as if he is dressed as a traveling hobbit (although he has a sword), but I assume he is a young fighter in the wars with the orcs who want to keep the beacons from being lit? Perhaps, as PJ jokingly said at one point, this job was passed down through the years from father to son, and this young man's time has come? I'm sure all will be made clear when we see your whole film. It says 2009--do you plan to put it on the internet for download, as BornofHope and HuntforGollum will be doing? Great job so far. I will look forward to seeing your completed fan movie.

As it's only going to be about 30 minutes i will put it on youtube, though it may go up for free download as well. As for the young boy is...That remains a secret!

I'm an amateur filmmaker myself and I know the effort that goes into a project, and I can tell everyone: A lot went into this! Besides I'm a sucker for Tolkien fan films -I'd love to have this one when it's finished.
