Middle Earth Map.

I was wondering, has anyone tried doing a Middle Earth map using pictures from Google Earth?
I mean, copying and pasting satellite pictures of forests, rivers, mountains, seas that resemble those of Middle Earth to do a collage of great proportions, and then adding aerial views (if any exist) of the LOTR movie sets, such as Edoras, Hobbiton, etc.
I'd do it, but I'm afraid I don't have the necessary skills.

I remember seeing one someone had done, but I can't think where to find a link to it I'm sorry. It wasn't completely accurate but not bad.

This is from Lord of the Rings Online, and therefore CG, but it's the same idea as Google Earth. :)
