Okay, so I have posted two pieces of my artwork and they both worked. It took me about 20 mins to resize the image and im not even sure how I got it to work. What I do is I scan my drawings, I save them in my folder, I then TRY to resize the image. Like I said after about 20 mins I had it but im not sure how I did it. I have Microsoft Picture It! Premium 10 and I also use paint. Can anyone give me tips so I can resize it below 300KB?

I use a very old version of Photoshop to resize my pictures, and in it I can either make the image file smaller by adjusting the pixel size, or I save the file at a lower resolution. Check the options in the program you're using, and see if you can do the same thing.
