I especially like the fellowship pin. Decided to reply to one post, and not all the others individually, you have a lot :) and that's not a bad thing, it's just easier for me. I like your work. The colors are pretty good and the overall form is too.
Just a suggestion, don't be afraid to use color. Maybe define the features a little more with shadows and highlights to give it depth. Don't worry, I have the same problem too, my art teacher always has to remind me to "get in there" with the pencil or paint.
Overall, good job! And keep on artsing! (doing art stuff)
